By using XISTI as a passenger, you agree to provide accurate information, use the platform lawfully, and enter into direct agreements with independent drivers for the requested service.
XISTI facilitates connection, fare negotiation, payment processing, and trip coordination. You are responsible for verifying driver credentials, following safety guidelines, and complying with local regulations. Cancellations and refunds follow the rates and policies displayed in the app at the time of booking.
