Safety on XISTI
XISTI includes in-app SOS tools, trip sharing, and identity verification to support safer interactions between users and independent drivers. In an emergency, contact local authorities first, then use SOS to alert trusted contacts and platform support.
We recommend verifying vehicle and driver details before boarding, sharing trip status with a contact, and reporting suspicious behavior through the app or at soporte@xistiapp.com.
