Account Deletion — XISTI
How to request deletion of your XISTI account and what happens to your data.
1. How to request
From the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account. Or use the web deletion flow.
2. Data removed or anonymized
Profile, preferences, credentials, and non-mandatory history linked to your account will be deleted or anonymized.
3. Data we may retain
Billing, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal obligations may require retention for statutory periods under Colombian law.
4. Timeline
Up to 30 business days from confirmed request, unless a shorter period is technically feasible.
