Independent Driver Terms
Drivers on XISTI operate as independent contractors, not employees of XISTI Tecnología S.A.S.. You must maintain valid licenses, vehicle documentation, insurance where required, and pass identity verification.
Commissions, wallet balances, payouts, and service fees are disclosed in the driver app. You set or accept fares within platform rules and are solely responsible for tax obligations, traffic compliance, and passenger safety during services you provide.
